This app presents College Gardens, a regeneration project of an important listed building provided by the Jersey Development Company. Built in 1888, the Ladies’ College was designed by Adolphus Curry, a local architect who was instrumental in designing many other iconic Jersey buildings including the Opera House, Highlands College and the Victoria Club.

A new chapter for the former Jersey College for Girls, which will be transformed into an elegant new residential development while retaining its historical integrity. The 187 apartments range from one to two and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, and will be set across five newly constructed buildings along with the restored college building.
